Questions
How can you give a firm price without seeing my home?
Your price is based on your home's recorded living area and number of stories, using public real-estate records. Painting cost tracks those closely for single-family homes. If your home is very different from the records (an addition, for example), we'll tell you before any work starts.
What's included in the price?
Pressure washing, prep, masking, caulking, two finish coats on the stucco, plus trim, fascia, eaves, and garage and entry doors, and cleanup. Items attached after the builder, like patio covers, pergolas and block walls, aren't included; ask us and we'll price them.
How long does it take?
Most homes take 3 to 5 working days. We'll give you your dates when we confirm your start.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access to outside water and electric, and we'll ask you to close windows and move cars out of the driveway on paint days.
Can you help with my HOA?
Yes. If your HOA requires color approval, we can prepare and submit it for you for a flat fee, shown in your quote.
What paints do you use?
Sherwin-Williams. Better is SuperPaint Exterior, our most popular choice; Best is ConFlex XL, an elastomeric coating about ten times thicker than standard paint.
What about stucco cracks?
Small cracks are patched and caulked as part of prep. If larger areas are crumbling or missing, choose 'needs repair' in the quote and the repair is priced in.
When do I pay?
You reserve with a small deposit and pay the balance when the job is done and you're happy with it.
