Exterior house painting
Desert sun is hard on paint. We prep it right and use coatings made for it.
What's included
- Pressure washing to remove dust, chalk and loose paint
- Scraping, patching small stucco cracks, and caulking gaps at trim and windows
- Masking windows, fixtures, plants, driveways and walkways
- Two finish coats on stucco walls, plus trim, fascia, eaves, and garage and entry doors
- Daily cleanup and a final walkthrough with you
Price covers the painted exterior walls, trim, fascia, eaves, and garage and entry doors. It excludes trellises, security gates, security bars over windows, light fixtures, and items attached to the house after the builder (patio covers, pergolas, block walls).
