How it works
Our Exterior Home Painting Process
Create Your Quote
Answer a few simple questions about your home and the paint job. After that, you’re instantly provided with a quote and the process can begin. If you selected our HOA assistance program, we even help deal with the HOA painting approval process!
Once you’ve accepted the quote and paid your initial down payment of $150, you’ll be contacted by one of Blue Ape Painting’s project managers to coordinate the painting date, and if you selected the HOA assistance program, to help with any approvals. Two weeks prior to painting the first 50% of the quoted amount is due. You’ll receive an email from Blue Ape Painting prompting you to pay online via credit card.
This is the fun part. On the determined date, our Blue Ape crew shows up to repaint your home! Make sure all pets are safely located inside or away from the crew.
Now that your home has been repainted, you’ll be contacted by your project manager to ensure you’re satisfied with the work performed. After you’ve signed off on the work, the final 50% of the quoted amount is due. Again, you’ll receive an email to finalize payment.
